What the channel sees

Deal name plus created vs updated.
CRM link when SCOUT has one — so the capture lead opens the record, not a CSV.
SCOUT report URL — the intel that justified the land.
Optional @mention if Capture lead is set in Account Settings. Without it, the channel still gets the line.
