Named programs

Start with the program. Then make it yours.

Capture asks which program this is: the named requirement an agency keeps funding, who the incumbent is, and when it recompetes. The contract, the vehicle, and the solicitation are how that program gets bought. SCOUT opens with 2,500 of those programs so you can start now, and you build the ones that match the accounts you sell.

A capture book of named programs, with the incumbent, the agency, and whether the program is in recompete.

The starting set

2,500 named programs, ready to open.

The starting set is 2,500 named programs an agency keeps funding, the ones with the most money already obligated, from awards through 9 Sep 2026. Open one and you see the incumbent, the agency, whether the program is in recompete, and when capture should expect the next move. That is enough to decide whether the account belongs on your book this week.

What you see

  • 01The program name
  • 02The agency that funds it
  • 03Where it stands, including recompete
  • 04The incumbent
  • 05The contract vehicle, when the work sits on one
  • 06How many awards sit on the program
  • 07Dollars already obligated on those awards
  • 08When capture should expect the next move

Already in the set

  • TRICARE managed care support for the East region

    In the starting set today.

  • MHS GENESIS support

In the starting set today. This support work has wound down. Incumbent: Leidos.

Your programs

Build the ones that match how you sell.

A company sells into specific accounts and specific programs. On Premier you pin the programs on your capture book, up to 40, and you build a program when the name you use is not in the starting set. A program you build takes at least two awards that already use that name, or awards you add.

The book is yours. Alerts start on. The morning brief names a program you pinned when it is in recompete, or the next action is inside six months, and only while those alerts stay on.

Open a program and you get the awards behind it, the dates, and one SCOUT Durability contract read per active award. You also see other programs that share the incumbent, the contract vehicle, or the agency and a word in the name. They stay behind a count until you open them.

Yours, until you share it

A program you save to your book stays on your account. Other companies do not see it, and it does not join the starting set of 2,500.

If you add it to the catalog, other Premier users can open it. That program is one you built. It is separate from the 2,500 already in the set.
