PrimeRFP does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning individuals solely through automated processing. Users remain responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and determining the appropriateness of any outputs generated by the Services before relying on or using them.

PrimeRFP does not independently verify, review, or validate Procurement Data submitted by users.
