Week 1: Your three Pursuit Analyses arrive. Group session one: we work the reads together.

Week 2: Your private 30-minute pipeline review.

Week 3: Group session two: positioning, teaming, and what to watch before the RFP drops.

Day 30: You keep the analyses. Your fee counts toward an Advisory Council seat if you join within 30 days.

- Can my team join?
- One company per seat. Bring whoever works the pursuits to the sessions.
- What if my pursuit isn't posted yet?
- Bring the expiring contract or a plain description of the requirement. Most of the useful read happens before the RFP.
- Is my pursuit list shared with the cohort?
- Your analyses and pipeline review are private. In group sessions you choose what to bring.
- What happens after 30 days?
- You keep everything delivered. Your fee credits toward an Advisory Council seat if you join within 30 days.
