THIS WILL PROVIDE FMC LEXINGTON THE BENEFIT OF A REDUNDANT FUEL SOURCE TO EACH BOILER. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PREPARE AND SUBMIT A DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION PACKAGE TO THE BUREAU FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL PRIOR TO STARTING INSTALLATION. THIS ADDITIONAL WORK SHALL BE COMMISSIONED. TOTAL PRICE OF THIS MODIFICATION IS $308,994.70. AT ANY TIME THE DIRECT LABOR STAFF ARE ON SITE WORKING ON COMPLETING OTHER WORK AT FMC LEXINGTON, THIS WILL RESULT IN A REDUCTION OF THE DIRECT COST AND SHALL REDUCE THIS MODIFICATION'S TOTAL PRICE. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.
