PrimeRFP Launches Programs Feature to Track Federal Work Across Contracts, Vehicles, and Locations
Business Development Teams Set Boundaries Around their Pursuits and See Every Related Award in One Place

McLean, Virginia, October 15, 2026 - PrimeRFP has released the Programs feature in its SCOUT platform, enabling one view of every contract, recompete, and opportunity tied to a single program. With this capability that spans vehicles, agencies, and locations, government contractors can spot upcoming work early and choose where to compete without running a separate search for each contract.
When the federal government funds ongoing programs, the contracts that carry the work can change incumbents, identifying numbers, and award cycles. With SCOUT’s Programs, this solves the problem of tracking that work by individual contract, which can mask the recompetes, task orders, and new solicitations that belong to the same requirement. SCOUT links those pieces and presents a view that matches how business development teams plan.
“In one example, a custom airframe sustainment program built in SCOUT groups five open recompetes worth $1.04 billion from two agencies into one view,” said Charles Sanders, CEO of PrimeRFP. “A capture team working contract by contract has to find every one of those on its own, and the one it misses could be the one to bid on.”
Each company sets its own definition of a program. A team enters the contracts it cares about, and SCOUT builds the program around them wherever the work runs. SCOUT maps relationships to suggest related programs, and a new location filter isolates activity at a specific base or installation.
Programs connects to SCOUT’s Capture Intelligence and Policy Intelligence, so a team can review a program’s contract history, funding context, and signals from Capitol Hill together.
