THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SPACECRAFT AND CAMERA ACCOMMODATION STRUCTURE, INCLUDING THE SUNSHADE. THE TESS INSTRUMENT, CONSISTING OF THE CAMERA STRUCTURE ASSEMBLY, DATA HANDLING UNIT AND HARNESS, WILL BE PROVIDED AS GOVERNMENT FURNISHED EQUIPMENT.
