The description of contractual scope provides that services and supplies provided through the performance of this contract include but are not limited to humanitarian assistance/disaster relief, contingency, exercise, lodging, logistics, water-based and land-based support. The contract will run concurrently with other announced awardees under the contract. The contract includes a five-year base period of performance and a five-year option pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.217-9, which if exercised will bring the total estimated value of the contract to $65,000,000,000. The base performance period for this new awardee will begin August 2026 and is expected to be completed by December 2029. If the five-year option is exercised, the performance period will be completed by December 2034. Work will be performed in the U.S. and outlying territories, but due to the fact that specific requirements cannot be predicted at this time, more specific information about the percentage of work and where it will be performed cannot be currently provided. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the contract's minimum amount of $500 will be obligated at time of award and those funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
