This is a three-year base contract with no option periods. Work will be performed in Winfield, Kansas (92%); and Lynn, Massachusetts (8%). The contract's period of performance runs through September 2029. Fiscal 2027 working capital funds in the amount of $8,860,230 will be committed at the time of award to fund delivery order (N00383-27-F0U70)-of which $6,645,173 of that amount will be obligated, representing 75% of the total not-to-exceed amount of the delivery order-and will be awarded concurrently with the contract to initiate the contract period. None of the obligated funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Subsequent delivery orders under the resultant contract will be funded with appropriate fiscal year working capital funds (Navy) and those funds will not expire. One source was solicited for this sole-source requirement pursuant to the authority set forth in 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1) and one offer was received. Ultra Electronics Ocean Systems Inc., Braintree, Massachusetts, was awarded a $31,767,459 firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to a previously awarded contract (N0002425C4127) for exercise of a production option, the procurement of spares, and incorporation of engineering changes in support of AN/SPS-73(V)18 Next Generation Surface Search Radar systems. This contract combines purchases for the U.S. Government (73%) and the government of Canada under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. Work will be performed in Wake Forest, North Carolina (80%); Chantilly, Virginia (15%); and Braintree, Massachusetts (5%), and is expected to be completed by February 2029. Oceaneering International Inc.-Marine Services Division, Chesapeake, Virginia, was awarded a $24,339,927 cost-plus-fixed fee and cost type contract for the maintenance, modernization, product improvements, and design support for existing Dry Deck Shelter program assets. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $154,131,337. Work will be performed in Chesapeake, Virginia (75%); and Pearl City, Hawaii (25%), and is expected to be completed by September 2027. If all options are exercised work will continue through September 2031. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance, defense-wide funds in the amount of $9,836,000 (75%); and fiscal 2025 procurement, defense-wide (reconciliation) funds in the amount of $3,250,804 (25%) will be obligated at time of award, of which $9,836,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment website, with two offers received.
