The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded $109,027,999 for ceiling-price delivery order (N00383-26-F-YY29) under a previously awarded basic ordering agreement (N00383-22-G-YY01) for the procurement of 76 outer wing panels utilized on the F/A-18 aircraft. The delivery order does not include an option provision. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri (90%); and Hazelwood, Missouri (10%). Work is expected to be completed by October 2031. Fiscal 2026 working capital funds (Navy) in the amount of $53,423,719 (49% ) will be obligated at the time of award and funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. An additional $55,604,280 remains committed to fund the ceiling-priced delivery order that has a maximum total value of $109,027,999. One source was solicited for this sole-source requirement pursuant to the authority set forth in 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1) and one offer was received. Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity. Supply Chain Management Inc.1.com (SCMI1),* Hauppauge, New York, was awarded a $20,766,943 firm-fixed-priced contract action, for providing various technical and logistical services to Navy surface combat weapons systems, with maintenance, and training associated with the installation, operation, alteration, and readiness of shipboard equipment and services. Work will be performed in Jacksonville, Florida, and is expected to be completed by August 2027. This contract contains options, which if exercised, would bring the cumulative value to $20,766,943, and would extend the period of performance to August 2032. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) funding in the amount of $3,775,808 were obligated at the time of award, of which, funds in the amount of $3,775,808 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured using full and open competition via the System for Award Management website with four offers received. Southeast Regional Maintenance Center, Mayport, Florida, is the contracting activity (N40027-26-F-3002).
