General Dynamics Mission Systems Inc., Scottsdale, Arizona, is being awarded a cost-plus-award-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-no-fee type letter contract, with a not-to-exceed value of $400,400,000 for Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture Tranche Three ground segment development. This contract provides for the software development, test and integration, and operations and maintenance of the ground segment mission and service applications required for the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture Tranche Three capabilities. Work will be performed at Scottsdale, Arizona; Seattle, Washington; Grand Forks, North Dakota; Redstone Arsenal, Alabama; and Chantilly, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2030. This contract is a sole source acquisition. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $60,665,380 are being obligated at time of award. The Space Development Agency, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (FA2401-26-C-0003).
