These efforts will continue operations and sustainment of the flight test ABS aircraft and sensor equipment, mission planning and flight test execution, and Improvement and Modernization efforts. The work will be performed in Tulsa, Oklahoma. One initial task order in the amount of $22,175,032 is being issued. The ordering period is from Sept. 15, 2026, through Sept. 14, 2036. This contract was competitively procured via publication on the Governmentwide Point of Entry website with one proposal received. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $5,000,000 are being obligated on this award. Work will be performed at 26 installations located in both the continental U.S.; and outside the continental U.S., including Okinawa, Japan (23%); Oceanside, California (21%); Jacksonville, North Carolina (21%); San Diego, California (6%); Port Royal, South Carolina (5%); 29 Palms, California (4%); Kaneohe, Hawaii (4%); Quantico, Virginia (4%); Havelock, North Carolina (3%); Yuma, Arizona (3%); and with various other locations making up less than 1%. This task order includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this task order to $144,141,182. If all options are exercised, work will continue through January 2031. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Marine Corps) funds in the amount of $20,983,333 will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This task order was awarded on a competitive basis in accordance with the terms of the GSA OASIS+ multiple award contract program and three proposals were received.
