PrimeRFP

FY27 pricing. The bonuses ended with the fiscal year. The prices did not move.

PrimeRFP SCOUT · Sprint Pack

Walk into FY27 knowing what the contract record shows on every pursuit.

Each Pursuit Analysis carries SCOUT Durability, a contract read. It reports six facts about the contract, each with its public source, along with the patterns those facts flag, the incumbent, the expiry, and the recompete window. A Sprint Pack delivers ten. The decision stays yours.

Step 1

First, see what expires (free).

The check shows which federal contracts expire and when. Enter a company name, a 12-character UEI, or a NAICS code. The company can be your own firm, a competitor, or a prime to sub under.

Public company pages often combine many contracts into one total. The check breaks that total apart, separates each current period from the final option, and lists the soonest expirations with their PIIDs. The review requires no credit card.

Step 2

Second, see how one pursuit reads.

Here is what a single Pursuit Analysis surfaces when the solicitation hides the incumbent.

182

Expiring contracts found

$246M

Value in that window

22 days

To the soonest expiry

A recent RFQ listed no incumbent. SCOUT searched the product service code across the public award record and returned 182 expiring contracts worth $246M in that window. 74% sat with the Department of Defense, the soonest expiring in 22 days, and three carried named incumbents with their PIIDs. The solicitation attachment showed none of it.

That is the durability read. It shows what the contract record says, why it matters, and the source behind every line. The call stays yours.

Guarantee

One guarantee comes in writing.

Receipts guarantee

The receipts guarantee covers every durability read. Each one names the incumbent, the PIID, the expiry, and its public sources. If one does not give you a read you can trace, the credit returns to your balance.

What capture teams ask first.

What does month four cost?
Nothing, unless you choose a seat. The Pack works as a balance rather than a subscription.
What is SCOUT Durability?
The PIID dossier with SCOUT Durability, a contract read: six facts about the contract, each with its public source, the structural patterns they flag, the incumbent, the expiry, the recompete window, and the vehicle. No score and no verdict. You decide.
Can I analyze a contract I would sub under?
Yes. A Pursuit Analysis can be a contract you would sub under. It names the prime, how they use subs when the record shows it, and what expires.
Is there a monthly seat?
Yes. Scout Tactics is $290 a month, with the teaming tools on. It is not sold on this page. Email charles@primerfp.com if that is the unit you want.
Who does the work?
SCOUT generates the durability read. A person checks the receipts before it leaves. You get it inside 48 business hours.
Do unused analyses expire?
Twelve months from purchase. Your balance never resets monthly.
Is this the $90 pilot?
No. The $90 Pilot is still at /pilot. This page is the FY27 Sprint: Pursuit Analyses with the durability read.

Start with a single analysis.

A losing bid costs a small firm $20K to $50K. Finding that out does not require a seat. One Pursuit Analysis is $500, and three are $1,000. Same delivery, same credit path.
