CASE MANAGEMENT AND LABOR EXCHANGE SYSTEM

The South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce (DEW) is soliciting proposals for a Statewide Case Management and Labor Exchange System. The new system aims to modernize workforce service delivery, enhance job seeker and employer experiences, and improve operational efficiency. The solution should be a cloud-based SaaS platform that integrates with existing DEW systems while supporting workforce development programs and services. The selected vendor will provide software, implementation, system integration, training, and support services over a five-year contract period.
