The Fort Worth Transportation Authority (Trinity Metro) seeks proposals from qualified contractors to provide drug and alcohol testing services and physical examinations for employees and job applicants. Services must comply with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, including 49 CFR Parts 40 and 655.   - Medical Review Officer (MRO) Services: Qualified MRO to validate and report test results.
  - Alcohol Testing: Certified Breath Alcohol Technicians (BATs) using evidential breath testing (EBT) instruments.
  - Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) Services: Evaluation, progress reports, and certification for return-to-work eligibility.
